Our Incredible Facilities

Ballroom

At over 6,000-square feet, our ballroom is the largest climate-controlled meeting room in Savannah within a historic structure. It can accommodate seated functions, buffets, heavy hor’s devours, and larger groups for theatre or classroom-style seating. The ballroom is decorated in neutral colors, providing a wide range of versatility for each individual event!

Parlour

This 2,000-square foot area can accommodate up to 200 guests for a standing cocktail function, and up to 70 guests for a seated affair. The Victorian décor in the Parlour evokes a truly historic feeling with its heavily trussed thirteen-foot ceilings, original brick floors, ornate front/back bar, crystal chandelier, pier mirrors, antique sideboards, and oversized period murals.

Our Comprehensive Services

Our staff can coordinate as much, or as little, of your event as you’d like. From food and entertainment to décor and floral, we can work with you, or your professional event planner, to ensure your event is a success.

Beverage Service

Savannah Station coordinates all Beverage Service on your behalf. Beverage Service Costs are dependent upon your chosen package and number of guests. Please contact us to discuss Beverage Service options as we can accommodate certain special requests.

Catering

Caterers have full use of our Prep Kitchen, which includes two refrigerator/freezers and an industrial Dishwasher, and our banquet tables for food service. All catering is handled by individual catering companies, not Savannah Station. All licensed caterers are welcome to be added to our Approved Catering list by contacting our Office.

Music

Our staff has many contacts if you would like a DJ or live music. We can find music suitable for any taste!

PARKING

Free ample street parking is available in front, side and rear of the building.

For anyone who knows downtown Savannah, they know parking is a insane, the gnats get awful in the spring, and there are TONS of wedding venues to choose from. Well, we went in looking for a venue that did not need to be decorated and a place that had it's own "Savannah" feel and character. Savannah Station did NOT disappoint.

The pictures do not do it justice. Every room is amazing and we were able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in separate locations of the building.
